All monies are due 30 prior to arrival with no cancelations. Rental rate, Cleaning fee, Security Deposit and 10% tax on rent and cleaning and a processing fee.
**Tax not included in nightly rates** Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. All properties are non-smoking. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

Directions to office:
Driving from San Francisco or Sacramento head East on Interstate 80 like you were going to Reno Nevada. When you get to Truckee CA take the Exit 188B. Turn Right at the end of the off ramp and go until the Next Signal. At the signal go straight for 4 tenths of a mile and our office is on the Right side at 9705 State Highway 267. We are located in Suite 4.
If you are coming from Reno take Highway 80 and go West until you get to Exit 188. Take this off ramp and turn left at the signal go through the next signal and go to the next. At the next signal go straight for 4 tenths of a mile and our office is on the Right side at 9705 State Highway 267. We are in Suite 4.
Your keys will be in the box next to the front door of the office on the left side. The box is the same color as the building.
